The $179 monthly fee and separate 15% uncapped team split are charged by Errington Real.
Real Brokerage’s separate 15% company split also applies to the commission allocated to the agent until the applicable annual Real company cap is reached.
The Errington Real 15% team split continues on every covered transaction, including after the Real company cap is reached.
